By accessing or using BuyCoded.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use BuyCoded.
When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use the product as described by the license type (Regular or Extended). You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
Sellers must have the right to sell the products they list. Products must be original work or properly licensed. Sellers agree to the commission structure (currently 30%). Products must meet our quality guidelines.
The following are not allowed: malware, stolen/pirated code, products that infringe on intellectual property, spam, or products that violate any laws.
Payments are processed by Stripe. BuyCoded does not store credit card information. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
Sellers retain ownership of their products. Buyers receive a license, not ownership. The BuyCoded brand, logo, and platform are property of BuyCoded.com.
BuyCoded is a marketplace platform and does not guarantee the functionality of third-party products. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of purchased products.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
