Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The product is significantly different from the description
- The product has a critical bug that the author cannot fix
- The product contains malware or malicious code
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate purchase)
Non-Refundable Cases
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You don't have the technical skills to use the product
- The product works as described but doesn't meet your expectations
- You purchased the wrong license type
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
How to Request a Refund
- Go to your Orders page in your dashboard
- Click "Request Refund" on the relevant order
- Provide a detailed reason for your refund request
- Our team will review within 3-5 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. It may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
